- Make your refund request within 7 working days of requesting the service activation.
- No refund will be entertained after activation of the Service, However service can be deactivated upon receipt of valid reason.
- Zestwings does not process a refund unless all services for the customer have been deactivated.
- Zestwings releases Debit and Net Banking refunds within 15 business days from the time of your request. Refunds for other forms of payment are released with 25 business days.
- Zestwings provides the refund in the same manner in which you paid for the product.
- Net Banking and Debit card refunds are credited against the concerned bank accounts
- DD / Cheque / Cash refunds will be credited in the form of Cheque issued by concerned authority in the name of the Payee stated
- If you purchased from a reseller, you will receive a refund by checkque. Checkque refunds can take additional 7-10 business days due to mailing time (depending on the location of the Payee). Refund amounts are calculated after excluding the mailing / courier charges
- Original shipping and handling charges, if any are not refunded.
Product Replacement for Damaged / Defective Product:
All physical products sold on www.zestwings.com are covered under our Replacement Policy. Notify us of any manufacturing defects or product damages at the time of delivery or within 30 days from the date of delivery, and we will issue a new replacement to you at no extra cost.
In order to get a defective item replaced
- Contact Customer Care via the Contact Us Page or call us on +91-40-65246700, within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- The defective product or part will be recalled and a replacement will be shipped immediately.
Following shall not be eligible for return or replacement -
- Damages due to misuse of product;
- Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product;
- Any consumable item which has been used or installed;
- Products with tampered or missing serial / UPC numbers;
- Digital products and services ;
- Any damage / defect which are not covered under the manufacturer's warranty;
- Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered;
